Turkey Chili

This Turkey Chili is not only delicious but also packed with nutritious goodness. Perfect for a family dinner or a comforting meal prep!



  • 1 Carrot, chopped
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, diced
  • 1 White Onion, diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Can Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1.5 Packs Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 690 mL Chicken Bone Broth from Ripe Lifestyle
  • 225 g Kidney Beans
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • Handful of fresh basil (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • Spices: 1tbs paprika, 1tbs chili powder, 1tbs turmeric, 1tsp rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste



  • Sour Cream
  • Jalapeños
  • Avocado
  • Sieta Foods Tortilla Chips
  • Fresh cilantro



  1. Heat avocado oil in a large pot. Add all your spices then Sauté the carrot, celery, onion, and garlic until they start to soften. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned add the tomato paste, Stir in the roasted fired tomatoes, and bone broth.
  2. Bring to a boil, then add juice of a lemon, fresh basil and the beans then simmer for 30-40 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend beautifully.
  3. Serve hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream, sliced avocado, sliced jalapeños, and a side of crunchy tortilla chips! Optional: Sprinkle some tajin ;)
