The program will consist of a mixture of metabolic resistance training and metabolic conditioning classes. Metabolic training is a high paced style of exercise that takes advantage of the fat burning + muscle building benefits that MT has proven to deliver. **Apple Watch is not required to participate**

Starting July 3rd, you can expect 3 Vimeo (1-way) Livestream Classes each week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's at 6:45am ONLY! 

As always, the links to the workout replays will be uploaded to the Vimeo library right after the workout ends.
