Level up your protein game with this Protein Cottage Cheesecake; a powerhouse of 80g protein, packed into 5-ingredients.



  • 1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (pick your favorite!)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I swear by DFH whey protein -
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup


  1. Heat your oven in advance at 350
  2. Blend the ingredients together smoothly.
  3. Pour into your cheesecake pan (my choice linked in bio).
  4. Bake at 350°F for around 35 minutes.
  5. Let it cool for 25 minutes before freeing from the pan, use a sharpe knife to release the edges before opening the pan.
