These seed crackers are super easy to make and taste delicious. It will definitely be a huge hit at your next get together.



  •  1 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • (optional) half lemon and 🌶️ powder, if you want it spicy



  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking sheet. 
  4. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to score the rolled-out mixture into desired cracker shapes.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the crackers are crisp. Keep an eye on them as they can burn.
I love mine with Skyr yogurt and cucumber for extra protein.
