Single-Serve Tiramisu

Guilt free dessert high protein: TIRAMISU. You are gonna wanna save this recipe trust me.

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g skyr yogurt
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 4 lady finger cookies
  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar 
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Cacao powder to top

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the egg yolk with the sugar, mix the yogurt and the cream cheese add the egg mixture to the yogurt, you can use a hand blender to get it nice and creamy.
  2. Lay the cookies and a generous amount of espresso put some of the yogurt mixture on to and repeat. Sift some cacao powder on top and enjoy
