Zoom 4-Week Maintenance Program

The program will consist of a mixture of metabolic resistance training and metabolic conditioning classes. Metabolic training is a high paced style of exercise that takes advantage of the fat burning + muscle building benefits that MT has proven to deliver. **Apple Watch is not required to participate**

Starting March 20th, you can expect 3 Zoom (2-way) Classes each week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday's at 6:45am and 9:30am. 

As always, the links to the workout replays will be uploaded to the Vimeo library right after the workout ends.
