High Protein Salad

37g of Protein

This salad takes 5 minutes to make and is packed with protein 37g to be exact.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 2 cans light tuna
  • 6 pieces of artichokes chopped
  • 1/2 avocado

Ingredients for the Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

Mix the dressing in with the lettuce, save a little to mix with the chickpeas. Add the rest of the ingredients mix well and enjoy. I like adding some habanero chillies to add a little spice.
