Banana Walnut Chai Pudding

Naturally sweetened but tastes like dessert! The heart-healthy Omega-45e3 walnut cream is sooooooo good!



  • 2 cups almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoons maple syrup


Walnut Cream:

  • 1 cup raw walnut
  • 1/2 cups Almond milk I use Elm Hurst because it’s the cleanest plant MILK EVER
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Optional for Serving:

  • Granola (I am obsessed with More Granola)
  • Sliced banana


  1. Add 2 cups nondairy milk, the chia seeds, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to four single-serve airtight containers.
  2. Add the walnut pieces, 1/2 cup nondairy milk, dates, and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Divide the walnut cream between the containers. Chill before serving.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
  4. Top with granola, sliced banana and mini chocolate chips as desired.
